The concept if swear words is actually very strange. Language being created by people, the words were made and turned into taboo. Whichever ones became “swears” seems to have been done without care for which words were chosen. For example, the f-word means to engage in sexual intercourse, but the word “sex” is acceptable, and common. Two words meaning the same thing. One...
